Description of our last photography excursion:
Join the Heart-J Center for Experiential Learning for the first in a series of photography excursions. The theme for the day will be PATTERNS, with an exploration of patterns both natural and human-made.
We will begin with a light (continental) breakfast, juice and coffee and a talk by Sylvan Dale’s Resident Naturalist, Dave Armstrong. Then we’ll explore the Ranch, capturing images of patterns in nature, antique farming equipment, and much more.
After a morning of photography, we'll gather for a picnic (bring your own sack lunch).
The afternoon session will be spent processing, sharing our shots and ideas, and learning from each other. Bring your laptop and processing software. If you want to participate and do not have a laptop, you may observe others’ process.
For all levels of photographers, though beginners should have a good understanding of their cameras and basic photography knowledge.
COST: $20.00 per person
Class limited to 10 participants.
