Heart-J Center's retreats are a perfect opportunity to dive more deeply into your passion -- whether you're a beginner, or looking to expand your knowledge and skills. Retreats are help during the week (Monday through Thursday) or Friday through Sunday. Full days typically run from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and may include evening activities after dinner.
Retreat costs include lodging and meals, beginning the evening of the first day and ending at lunch on the last day. After checking in, retreat participants meet for an informal mixer in the Heritage.
Retreat participants generally stay on the Ranch to take full advantage of the immersion experience, get to know their fellow participants, and to spend as much time as possible to focus on their work. Housing options include fully-furnished private and shared cabins (see Ranch Life for photos). Accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Lodging prices include three meals daily in the Ranch dining room in the Heritage building, prepared by Chef Marcus Hollingsworth. Vegetarian options are available by request.
No trailers, RVs, or pets (other than service animals) allowed on the Ranch.
Retreat participants can also choose to stay off-campus. Hotels in Loveland are close by, or local participants can commute from their homes. Participants staying off-campus can purchase a meal plan.
