Jump off on the right foot and make 2019 the best year yet with an inspiring, rejuvenating retreat weekend in the foothills west of Loveland! Start your new year and meet your goals with a 3-day/2-night retreat set at the legendary Sylvan Dale Guest Ranch. Schilz Martial Arts and the Heart-J Center for Experiential Learning team up to host the Wellness Warrior Retreat! The focus will be on learning the fundamentals and mindset of self defense, and we’ve built in plenty of fun activities to take advantage of the location at Sylvan Dale. This is a safe environment to explore martial arts, gain knowledge on nutrition and wellness, set goals, have lots of fun, and meet others who are striving toward self improvement and leading a healthy lifestyle.
Your home away from home will be Sylvan Dale Ranch, a historic guest ranch that provides a peaceful and private riverside setting to relax, restore, and rejuvenate. Just an hour from Denver, but a world away.
The retreat weekend will include goal setting, mindset, and self-defense workshops. All cooking and meals will be provided by Sylvan Dale's own, Chef Marcus Hollingsworth. Optional trail rides are available for you to explore the stunning canyons and forests surrounding the ranch.
Yoga and tai chi sampler sessions (learn a variety of styles and approaches to find the best fit for your needs).
Hiking, creativity sessions, a wellness toolbox, acoustic jam session, campfires, and more.
