2024 Heart-J Adventure Camp Details and Registration 101
This summer, we’ll offer TEN weeks of camp covering the entire summer vacation, from the first week of June to the middle of August.
There will be no camp the week of July 4th.
Camp will run from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM every day.
Extended care is available from 3:00 to 5:00 PM
A full week of camp is $390.
A full week of extended care is $150.
You can also choose a single day option, as well as single days of extended care.
Single day is $95.
Single day extended care is $35.
Note that single days of extended care can be used within a full week of camp. For example, if you are usually able to pick up by 3:00 but have a late appointment one afternoon that week, you can choose extended care just for that day so long as we have 24 hours’ notice.
Combine weeks of camp with day passes here and there to create a customized summer plan for each of your kids! You can add weeks and days throughout the summer, though we do expect camp to sell out this year so planning early will be smart!
We won’t have specific themes for the weeks this summer, but each week will have a range of activities with different games, hikes, art projects, activities so even kids who come to all 10 weeks will not get bored!
Registration Tips and Details
Click here to login using your phone number, please toggle SMS permission to YES. This will allow camp staff to easily text you if needed during camp.
Add each child as a Participant.
Click the check box next to your child or children and click Confirm Selected.
Click “unlink” if you are registering multiple children and they will have different schedules.
IF YOU ALREADY KNOW YOUR SUMMER SCHEDULE: Choose “By The Week” or “One Day Pass” and then work your way through the calendar from June to August to choose your dates.
Once you have your dates selected, click Secure Reservation.
IF YOU KNOW YOU WANT A CERTAIN NUMBER OF WEEKS AND DAYS OF CAMP AND WANT TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EARLY BIRD RATE AND VOLUME DISCOUNTS BUT YOU DON’T KNOW YOUR EXACT SCHEDULE: Go here and buy “Credits” which can then be applied later to the weeks or days that you want. For example, if you know you want three weeks of camp for each of two kids, you can buy six weeks of credit today and receive both the discount of 8% for buying six weeks (see below) and the early bird discount of 15%. As weeks start to sell out, we’ll get in touch with you to let you know so you can apply your credits.
You can also combine the two approached described above and reserve spots in the weeks you know you want and purchase credits for the weeks you’re not yet sure about. That way you won’t miss a week you know you want as weeks start to sell out.
The credit system is a great way for grandparents to gift the cost of camp. Grandparents can purchase credits for the family and then parents can do the scheduling.
Once you’ve purchased a specific week, you will be able to use the registration system to change your week at no charge (as long as there are spots available in other weeks).

Note that there are volume discounts for purchasing multiple weeks (ranging from 5% off for 3 weeks up to 15% off for 10 weeks; the volume discount for single day pass ranges from 5% off with purchase of 5 day passes up to 10% off for 10 day passes). The volume discount COMBINES with the early bird discount so definitely register early to make the most of these discounts. There is no volume discount for extended care.
Payment Plans: When you have chosen your weeks, days, and extended care and get to the checkout, you’ll see two choices at the bottom. You can pay in full by choosing Pay Now or you can explore the two payment plan options by clicking Payment Plans.
There are two payment plan options – half now, half later which will charge half the total now and half the total on June 3. And there’s a monthly payment option that will split the change in to six payments, with the first charged now, then monthly, with the last charged on June 1st. Both payment plan options have a $25 set up fee, which is included in the first payment. There is no interest for the payment plans – they are offered for your convenience.
