Emphasis will be on observing the skies with telescopes furnished by NoCoAstro. Volunteer stargazers will show off celestial objects while describing the objects you are viewing. This 3.5-mile moderate hike will be led by Combat Recovery Foundation.

We’ll meet at River Forks Inn in Big Thompson Canyon at 8:00am and drive together to the trailhead. The hike itself is 8:30 to 11:30. Back at your car at 12:00.

This hike is co-hosted by Heart-J Center and Combat Recovery Foundation. We'll hike Mount Alexander which is a moderate to difficult route of about three miles.

*Recommended for ages Ages 13+ in good hiking shape.
